Insurance Companies, Courts and Banks are now requiring ASCAA Certification
Courses must be taken in order
1) USPAP Ethics and Standards
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America. Honesty, impartiality, and professional competency are required of all appraisers
under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

2) Vehicle Parts Terminology, Inspection, and Documentation
Estimating systems will be simple to learn after completing this course. Learn to identify all parts and learn how to inspect and clearly document all relevant information to properly conduct any type of automobile appraisal.
3) Appraisal Methodology, Classic Cars, Diminished Value
This course teaches you the proper methodology for putting an appraisal together to arrive at an accurate conclusion. Also, learn the process for developing a Classic Car Appraisal and a Diminished Value Appraisal.

4) Market Value Conclusions and Documentation
This course will teach you how to arrive at the market value you are trying to obtain in the appraisal. It will teach you how to document and conclude the appraisal to clearly identify the results of the appraisal.

5) Final Exam
Once all courses are successfully completed, you will be given a final exam. The final exam will consist of a series of questions covering all course material. The appraiser will also be required to perform multiple appraisals from scratch including photographing, documenting, arriving at a market value and clearly documenting the conclusions according to ASCAA guidelines.
